100 centimetres (cm) = 1 meter (m)
36 inches (“) = 1 yard (yd)
To convert:
Centimetres to inches – multiply by 0.3937
Inches to centimetres – multiply by 2.54
Metres to yards – multiply by 1.0936
Yards to metres – multiply by 0.9144
Weight
1 gram (g) = 0.0353 ounces (oz)
50 grams = 1¾ ounces
100 grams = 3½ onces
1 ounce (oz) = 28.35 grams (g)
4 ounces = 114 grams
